How do I get to the centre?
Public Transportation
Take any Number 7(C, D or E) city bus going towards Waterloo and get down at the Central Fresh Market stop OR take the IXpress-Conestoga Mall city bus and get down at the Grand River Hospital stop, from there walk two blocks to our building.

Driving
There is ample parking in the lot behind our building. Park in a spot marked for the YMCA or Conestoga College.
